Is anyone having any problems with calling NCL today? I waited 1 hour on hold and still cant reach anyone :(

The call center you are trying to reach could be having problems because of weather, too many staff out sick, etc. there's always lots of reasons. Best reason would be that NCL is so busy booking...........that's really good for everyone. Be patient and keep trying.................good luck:)

even with my TA they cant get in touch with NCL. I thought TA had a direct number and not the call center :(

I called this evening to see if they would be able to upgrade us or provide onboard credit as our combined cruise fairs have dropped by about $750 since last week. I was on the phone for over an hour, but managed to get $200 credit! (25% of the price difference)

I called at lunchtime to change staterooms and got right thru. From the sounds of it, that hasn't been the norm today. Sorry you've had to wait on hold for that long!

I got through around 1:00pm without any problems. Guess I lucked up! Everyone booking the Valentine special I guess, or changing their booking as I did!
