Vision back to Europe?

Vision of the Seas has shown up on the Civitavecchia port calendar from April 2015. She would do a 7 night cruise following the TA and then a series of alternating 12 night sailings allowing for many B2B possibilities.

I think it would be nice to have a smaller ship in Europe, especially with Allure there for the season.

 

Will be interesting to have it confirmed when they release the rest of the Europe itineraries.

Splendour and Rhapsody are confirmed.

 

Vision would be an additional ship for 2015 compared to 2014 season. Should know by end of the month for sure.

 

Liberty said to be leaving Barcelona with arrival of Allure for 2015 season.

Agree, but it would be particularly nice if they make use of it by calling into different ports instead of the same old huge industrial ports like Livorno.

 

Amalfi, which is on the list above, is a new one and La Spezia is a great port from which to do Cinque Terre.

She does Black Sea from Istanbul in June, alternates 7 night cruises from Civitavecchia and Venice for July and August, then a series of 9 night Greek Isles and Turkey cruises until November 19, 2015 Ocean Voyage for 16 nights to Rio.

Nice to see they are alternating ports of call on the 12 day sailings. This pretty much confirms that Vision is heading to Europe again.

I love to see the Vision back in Europe. Sailed her 6 times and would like to sail again after her beautiful refurbishment.

 

We might know the itineraries in a few days as Royal starts to release Europe week of February 17. (Then February 24 and March 3)

VISION apperas there every 12th day in average, so she seems to do the longer 12-night-cruises from Barcelona, which SERENADE does in 2014.

SERENADE is confirmed for Norway/Baltic from Copenhagen and Stockholm in 2015, so it would make sense to deploy VISION on the longer itineraries.

 

In a few weeks we know more. :)
