Odd Question RE: Breakaway...

Not an odd question at all.

I like a lot of ice, so I may bring a small collapsible cooler and let our steward know to keep it filled, especially at night for my wine bottle.

When do you sail, Richard? We are on Breakaway this July to Bermuda and can't wait!

Happy Cruising!

That will probably work. Last year on the Gem my friends got a bucket of beer and every day the steward made sure it had fresh ice. They might not be willing for a huge ice chest but a small cooler should be fine.

One of my favorite "perks" of the garden villa was our butler keeping a cooler full of ice for us. (I have a habit of eating ice, and we needed a supply for our frozen drinks too.):) I was one happy girl!!

One thing I would like to mention for those that are unaware....

Please do not put your cooler directly under the ice dispenser in the buffet, but rather, use a buffet glass or cup to transfer it....

Same applies to those with their own drinking cups...use a buffet cup to transfer water or juice from the dispenser to your personal cup....

Thankyou....:)

Of course. Wouldn't think of doing it any other way.

Probably won't have to get ice from the buffet at all, as long as the steward replenishes twice a day we should be fine.

Thanks all!

Have a great cruise Tralfie!!
