Caribbean Princess out of Bayport

I just wanted to confirm my understanding. Is it true that when we pull up to the curb at Bayport, the porters will take our checked luggage right then and we don't see it again until it gets to our cabin? And all we have to pay is what we decide to tip the porter? And this includes any cases of water or soda?

Yes, that is all correct. Just make sure to bring your patience with you for Bayport. Delays are not uncommon embarking or arriving back to port. Make sure you have a sturdy box/case for the water/soda and a luggage tag firmly on them. I took this itinerary November 2013. I have a detailed member review.
