S&DMOM Posted February 18, 2014 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2014 Is it alright to order a drink say at the Champagne Bar or Pub and wander around the ship with it? Do they have any rules on the specific glassware or stemware staying in a particular venue?

Teacherloves2Cruise Posted February 18, 2014 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2014 You also can take a drink with you from a bar (or your room) to dinner.
Legalgal Posted February 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted February 18, 2014 You can take your drinks pretty much wherever your heart desires. There are some rules about glass around the pools, but not much else. It's one of the freeing things about cruising. Grab a drink in the Champagne Bar, but suddenly feel like being in Bolero's? Just go! Drink in hand!

SilverDollarDoll Posted February 18, 2014 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2014 Hearing that it is hard to get the drink waiter I think I'd like to take a drink into the dining room and then if needed order the second one at the table. So, I'm not sure what deck MTD is located on and where the closest bar would be? Thanks for any help.

cb at sea Posted February 18, 2014 #8 Share Posted February 18, 2014 You will find your perfect bar! It may not be the one closest to the dining room! Wander around....see which bar floats your boat...there are plenty of them! Check out the deck plans for your ship!

Unless they have changed this recently you cannot take your glass of wine with you...if you don't finish it from Chops. These glasses are crystal and not the typical "glass" found elsewhere. This has been the case 2 times when we at at Chops and had 1 glass left form the bottle we ordered. This has been the only case I have encountered where you could not take your drink anywhere you wanted other than glass on the pool deck of course.
