We are going on a Royal Caribbean cruise next week and was wondering if we can bring a clothes steamer.

Yes...you may...and you may bring electic curlers, flat irons, curling irons, crimping irons, and heating pads! Doesn't matter what they say, you may bring it, as long as it doesn't resemble a clothes iron.
