Does anyone know whats up with RCI website? When will they be back on line?

It has been sporadic for me. Sometimes it brings up a page that says Oops! It's on vacation. If this happens and I refresh one or two times, sometimes it returns.

It will tell you if the problem is just you, or is the site actually down.

It was doing the same thing to me until I switched to a different browser other than Google.

If I use google chrome it doesn't work. If I use internet explorer I can get on the site. Go figure.

I have a Google Chromebook so I can only use Google Chrome and I have no problem logging into my RCI account. In fact, I just logged in.

I can get on the site just fine, but cannot log into my cruise. This happens about every other day. So odd...

If you are using Chrome you need to clear your cache and cookies before it will load.

wierd happenings here too. I dlted my bookmark and googled and bookmarked again and no problem.

I use Chrome and after I refreshed it yesterday it worked fine. But I thought it was down all weekend. Not sure when it came back up because I waited so long to try refreshing.

I've noticed that I sometimes have trouble with the sit if using my Mac. Whe. I try to log in with my PC it works. Apparently the RCCL site does not respond well it Macs.

I am having problems with it today as well. I am using Internet Explorer. Can sign on and even see my reservation but not much beyond that and see an error in red about not being able to retrieve my booking information at this time.

It has been having issues for months on and off. They are doing a lot of changes on the site it seems, and also it is getting close the 28th feb when some of the sales finish.

 

I see the clearing your cache has been mentioned and a different browser.

 

Sometimes I power the computer off completely too, to give it a good rest for a few minutes. Little bits of stuff hang around.

I use Safari on a MacBook Pro and I deleted all my RC cookies at the suggestion of another CC member last week - after I did that, everything's been working for me.
