No middle initial on reservation

I was just doing my online check-in and noticed that my TA did not put my middle initial on the reservation. My passport has my middle initial, however. There is no place for me to insert it in the online check-in. Will this make any difference?

Mine is the same way. It has never caused a problem for me.

Personally I wouldn't sweat it. My reservations always have just my first and last name but not my middle (name or initial) although my passport does have my middle name. Have never had a problem. Make extra sure by double-checking with your TA to put your mind at ease.

It's fine. As long as your first and last names are correct.

Thanks, everyone. You put my mind at ease. Last year, when I went on Allure, I was so freaked out since my fiance is a III, and we had to get it put into his reservation. Just wanted to be safe.

Something strange happen to me on the Gem a few years ago. My reservation on NCL only had my first and last name. When i boarded the ship, during checkin they scan my passport that had my middle name. Onboard the ship, i noticed that my account had been updated with my first middle and last name.

 

Overall, you wont have a problem at all with just first and last name

They have your MI if you provided it. It has always been on our ship cards in the past. For whatever reason, it's not included on typical correspondence.

It won't be an issue but if it makes you feel better, tell your travel agent to change it with NCL.
