Claims with CSA

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with CSA insurance? They are one of the few that will provide insurance with pre-existing condition coverage. I will probably purchase from them, but would like to hear from anyone that has needed to file a claim..Were there any problems?

I have never needed to file a claim but booked with them again today for up coming cruise. Do note that their coverage is secondary which means they pay after you have filed with your regular healthcare insurance. I have purchased from them several times but thankfully never needed to use it. Almost had to last cruise when I had to visit the medical center after being chewed to pieces by no see ums on the beach. Needed steroids due to the intense itching. I was CRAZY itching with 100 bites. I was only charged for the meds but the usual cost to walk in the door is $110.

We had to file a claim with CSA a couple of years ago and they were terrific. Just be sure you keep all of your documentation (receipts, credit card statements, etc.). They were fast, efficient and easy to work with from start to finish.
