Balcony Discounts - Kids sail free

Sorry, but I couldn't find the "fine print" for this promotion. Does anyone know if I can use my balcony discount with this new promotion? I'm booking 6 months out. Thank you!

When I booked it online it automatically took off the balcony discount in addition to the 2 people sailing free.

Just had my TA book this week in 2 JS on the 11/30 sailing of Freedom. We were able to get the balc discounts for both rooms in addition to the promo!

Good to hear. We'll be hitting Platinum and our cruise coming up in a couple of weeks and I'll call to have the balcony discount applied to the cruise we booked with the KSF promo. Any discount is nice.

Just got off the phone with Royal....my balcony discount was not applied when I booked. After 1 hour on hold, I was able to speak to the agent who applied the discount but it took away my KSF pricing. :eek: He put me on hold for 45 minutes. I thought he had stepped out for lunch. When he finally came back, he said it took that long to fix the reservation. Balcony discount has now been applied as well as the KSF discount. They really need to hire more people. :rolleyes:
