Solstice Dining Room in Victoria

We are booked on the Solstice on May23. On the last day(evening) the ship docks at 6pm asnd leaves at 11:59. Any ideas about dining especially if one has booked late dining(8:30) Does Celebrity change the dining hours, have a grand buffet, or leave the times as they are? Thank you for your comments.

The grand buffet is on Wednesday the sea day. The restaurants have their normal hours.

We just got off and eat in Victoria. They have a bus that runs from the ship to downtown Victoria.

Senior rate was $5.00 round trip per person

I was curious about this myself, and as the Cruise Critic search engine is now functioning (yay!), I was able to find this post from the Solstice last year, which indicates that the main dining room has all open seating on the evening the ship is in Victoria :

What's to do in Victoria? Seems like very little time so we will have dinner (early seating) and then venture out to see what there is to see.

I highly recommend visiting Buchart Gardens if there is an excursion offered. It's pretty there in the evening and the sun doesn't set until about 9:00 PM.

One of our favourite things to do in Victoria is to walk along the harbour, then have a drink in the Bengal Room in the Empress Hotel.

Thanks all for your info and tips. I have reservations about Celebrity handling this last day. Very poor choice by X. But I guess time will tell.
