Sparkling water on the Fantasy

Can you check a case of plastic bottles? I know you cannot place liquids in your luggage due to fears of breakage, but could you place a luggage tag on an unopened case of sparkling water?

It is a shame you can't get plain soda water from the coke fountain. That would be the optimal solution.

No, checking it (whether inside your checked bags or just putting a checked bag tag on it) is not permitted. DCL requests that all beverages be carried onboard in your carry on bags. You may have as many carryon bags as you can wrangle, but remember that your room will not be ready until around 1:30.

Here's a picture of a luggage holding area onboard the Fantasy where the DCL CMs toss (yes, as in throw) the bags to wait for deliver to the rooms:

The drink station does have water available at it, but, not sure if it's "soda" water (as in carbonated), but I don't think so.

I'll also point out that all the water onboard (from the drink station, preparing food, from the tap in your room, showers, swimming pool, making ice, etc) is processed the same as bottled water (reverse osmosis and filtered). It's really quite good.

They have either Evian or Perrier as OH ordered it last trip can't remember which one but you have to pay a few bucks for it though.

They sell Evian as part of the In-Room Gifts packages, 6 pack for $9.00 or 24 pack for $35.00.

Should have said this was in the MDR we had it where we paid for it with dinner one night.

Your correct it's on sale at dinner in the MDRs the price isn't bad, cheaper than land based restaurants generally, and cool, and far less has sell than having a hernia bringing it on board and carting it around until 1.30 when the stateroom opens.
