System Outage

TA was trying to book us and when she spoke to reservations she couldn't do anything.

 

The following is now on their website.

 

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage of our back-end system. This outage is impacting some areas of the website, including reservations, Online Check-in, and Pre-Cruise Planner.

 

We are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and appreciate your

My TA was told it was not maintenance but a crash. There is no timeline on when it might be fixed.

Tried to book a cruise, couldn't. Now I know why.:(

It is also affecting Celebrity. I wonder if they have a shared IT/Data center for their operations between the companies.

Same thing as me. I tried to log into Royal's website to view my reservation and got the error message stating that they are unable to access my reservation and to try again later. I'm sure the issue get fixed soon.

I was on the phone with a C&A rep this morning and she was not able to access the reservation system, indicated that it had been a problem all week and asked me to call back.

 

I won't call back until I can see it is working, as I don't want to spend hours on the phone. :rolleyes:
