FB Posted March 7, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 7, 2014 TA was trying to book us and when she spoke to reservations she couldn't do anything. The following is now on their website. We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage of our back-end system. This outage is impacting some areas of the website, including reservations, Online Check-in, and Pre-Cruise Planner. I tried to log into Royal's website to view my reservation and got the error message stating that they are unable to access my reservation and to try again later. I'm sure the issue get fixed soon. dreadpirate3 Posted March 7, 2014 #9 Share Posted March 7, 2014 I was on the phone with a C&A rep this morning and she was not able to access the reservation system, indicated that it had been a problem all week and asked me to call back.
