Carnival Price Drop...

I booked a cruise on the dream in jan. 2013. The cruise was for oct. 12 2013. I booked it for 1,733.00. The price dropped six times by aug. 2013. Each time i filled out price protection claim form and within 24 hours i was given the lower rate. When i finally cruised in oct. My final price was 1,413.00. I saved $320.00 by checking the price four times a day. They will change the price sometimes three to four times daily depending on sales. It sure pays to check on a daily basis. Good luck on your price drops.

I have a cruise booked for Nov 1. At time of booking I paid $379 pp. Now it's $819 pp. Wonder if I'll ever get price drop on that, closer to the cruise

I feel your pain. I booked a 5 night over view for $329pp for the past few months I've been checking twice a day and it's been consistently $389 to $462pp. We sale in 23 days, I'm hoping for a little bit to help offset my sign and sale account : )
