Docking or tendering question

We have made reservations for November 1, 2005, to tour St. Maartin with an independent tour operator, not through HAL. The tour operator wants to know if the Maasdam will be docking or tendering, so she can arrange pickup. I have checked the cruise calendar and it shows 4 ships, including the Maasdam in port at Philipsburg on that day. How can I find out if the Maasdam will be docking or tendering passengers in?

I am not so sure the ship even knows until shortly before arriving.

The new pier can hold four ships. As long as there aren't any "foreign" ships scheduled to be there, you should dock. By foreign, I mean ones not listed on cruisecal - the calendar is 99.9% accurate.
