Regal selling out?

I was looking at booking the Regal for the 2/8/15 voyage and noticed almost all of the balconies on deck 9 - 12 already sold out??? Does anyone have any insight on this? Seems really early to have this many sold.

on the Princess website for that date I see hardly any of those cabins sold....it looks wide open to me:confused:
