Freedom of the seas - Australia?

Heard whilst on the voyager of the seas that we are getting freedom of the seas. Is this true or just wishful?

Chris Brown is going to Freedom after his leave.

 

However, he did say cruising out of Florida.

I would love it to come here. With the quantum ship launching soon maybe they could spare the Freedom.

 

I really like the large newer ships but does this region have the facilities to cope with these mega liners?

Wishful thinking methinks. Fairly confident though that Explorer will be replacing Rhapsody.

I thought it might be Jewel since it appears to be replacing Rhapsody on the Alaskan cruises.

Would be really nice. We were on Freedom last December and she certainly is a very nice ship.

 

There is talk of an Oasis class going to Port Canaveral which could free up Freedom, but I still suspect that it is wishful thinking.

Jewel will only do the Alaska cruises in 2015 that Rhapsody usually does. After that Jewel goes back to the Caribbean.

I'm currently looking at a cruise itinerary Oct 2015 in Carribean on Freedom of the Seas. So she's still there till at least after that.

I was on the Voyager and heard it would be the Jewel. Just have to wait and see!
