Port Canaveral arrival time w/o FTTF?

We're on the Carnival Liberty sailing out of Port Canaveral on May 31. The "Faster to the Fun" option is already sold out. What is a good time for us to arrive at the port? I don't mind waiting in line for a bit but not for two hours. Thanks
