Cisleman Posted March 17, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2014 Completed 2nd Segment and big turnover of about 300 in Hong Kong. Weather cool, overcast and foggy in Hong Kong and Halong, Vietnam, but now looking better as we cruise south toward Danang. Here is link to my comments and photos on Segment 2. http://cliffphotos.com/SeabournSojourn2014WorldCruise3.html
Emperor Norton Posted March 18, 2014 #2 Share Posted March 18, 2014 It's nice that you're supporting Baldy et al and using SmugMug (also great that you along with a few others actually post some of your shots from your cruise!). I'm curious as to why you're hiding the EXIF info? Looking at pictures from your cruise it appears they've been massively cropped or shot at high ISO but without the EXIF Im at a loss as to which. I have no idea how to turn it on. Would appreciate any advice. All photos have been processed in Photoshop. Cameras I am using on this trip are Nikon D7000, D600 and AW100; Sony NEX7, Canon S100, and Galaxy S3 smartphone. Camera of choice on this trip has been NEX7. About 25% are HDR and quite a few panoramas using as many as 13 individual exposures.
Emperor Norton Posted March 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2014 (edited) In SmugMug its - 1. Log in 2. Select a Gallery 3. Gallery Settings > Appearance > Show Camera Info > On I haven't found a quicker global way to activate it - but when its enabled you should see a little information i in a black circle and when clicked should show something similar to this (I had the GPS plugged into the camera to that data is part of the exif info - hence the map) Edited March 18, 2014 by Emperor Norton

I suppose it would come up on the RAW files as shot if I loaded those to Smugmug. Here is a Gallery with it turned on and there is no info other than image size that I loaded which I keep at about 1MB.
Emperor Norton Posted March 18, 2014 #6 Share Posted March 18, 2014 Thanks:) It looks like you're right about PS stripping the data.
Host Dan Posted March 19, 2014 #7 Share Posted March 19, 2014 Received a call this morning from friends that are on the cruise now. They say the food is definitely SB Outstanding, as is the service. They also get a bedtime chocolate each night, as well as a tote bag! Great to hear! Cruiserkit plans to write a review for us after he disembarks in Mumbai. Cisleman Posted March 20, 2014 Author #9 Share Posted March 20, 2014 Good news, Dan. Would you ask him how Miss A is after her mini-stroke? Winnie Really a non-event. We see her a couple of times a day at the Seabourn Square and in the hallway. As usual at dinner each evening in Restaurant with staff.
