Hi all, enjoy your cruise will be waiting for postings on your return, particularly Alan re. Milan to Savona. Have a wonderful time, seems a long time to Apri; '06.

No problems at all with the connections! .....the actual "flying time" down from Schipol was only 1hr 15 min so were in for about 12.05.....baggage re-claim etc..took us till around 12.45 ....met up with the Costa rep's... had a wait of approx 15mins to ensure everybody was there...and were on the road by 13.00...and it took 2hr 30min to Savona....really quite an interesting trip especially the last hour...through the "Alpes Maratime " and then along the coast to Savona...keep your camera handy!

We had a wait of about 20 mins at the terminal...which is really lovely...there's a nice terrace where you can sit outside have a drink and relax until you are called to embark.....all in all pretty stress free :)
