HAL Website Not Working?

Something just happened that has never happened to me before on CC. When I went to edit the above post for a spelling error I received the following message:

 

You do not have permission to perform this action. Please refresh the page and login before trying again.

I somehow was bounced out of CC and then when I re entered my name and password I was able to make the change.

 

Has anyone else experienced this today when trying to edit on CC?

Nope, I've never seen that ... and I've done edits today.

Maybe the site just had a hiccough, although Marco's Tia reported she got bounced out while changing threads.

Sometimes, not often, but it does happen, I am logged out of CC, then immediately signed by in. This is all done by the system. I only know because all the threads I haven't read yet switch from bold to plain.

Then I look at the "last visited" time, and see that it has changed.

 

Perhaps this happened to you at the precise moment you were trying to edit?

It's a bummer when it happens, that's for sure.

I discovered earlier on that when I changed threads' date=' I was logged out and had to log in again.

 

I also just tried to log into Holland America's website and after 4 log in attempts I still cannot get in. I only have cruise booked, and can't access anything. I was going to check beverage cards.[/quote']

 

I think the problems are unrelated. HAL's site is experiencing technical issues for certain.

I was finally able to open the boarding passes for our Alaska cruise. Just as they mixed up our middle names on our Panama boarding passes, HAL has again given me my husbands's middle name and he has mine.

 

Our custom itineraries are again mixed up with things missing. Our TA just got that all straightened out last week because things weren't right and they messed it up again.

 

I have never encountered problems like this before.

Seems to be working now. Just went on to see if the tours were available yet for our cruise in Sept. 21 day the South Pacific Crossing and they are not, not even in Hawaii. ??

Yay, they finally fixed it! Am able to browse the excursions now.
