cruzzzzin Posted March 23, 2014 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2014 I know there is a $15 corkage fee for the extra bottles of wine but is there a size limit. Can you bring a 1.5 liter and only be charged $15 corkage fee?

taxmantoo Posted March 23, 2014 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2014 (edited) I know there is a $15 corkage fee for the extra bottles of wine but is there a size limit. Can you bring a 1.5 liter and only be charged $15 corkage fee? And people are constantly saying cruise lines are nickel and diming everyone  Bring your 1.5 liter bottle and if they charge you $30 be happy. If they charge you $15, be happier ;) Edited March 23, 2014 by taxmantoo
cattolica Posted March 23, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 23, 2014 From the alcohol policy on the Princess website........maximum size allowed is 750ml bottles. "As provided in the Passage Contract, passengers agree not to bring alcoholic beverages of any kind onboard for consumption, except one bottle of wine or champagne per adult of drinking age (no larger than 750 ml) per voyage, which will not be subject to a corkage fee if consumed in the stateroom. Additional wine or champagne bottles are welcome, but will incur a $15 corkage fee each, irrespective of where they are intended to be consumed. Liquor, spirits or beers are not permitted. Please remember that luggage will be scanned and alcohol outside of our policy will be removed and discarded.*"
