I'm not yet Elite, but curious, there is NO dry cleaning? It's only laundry services? Would make a difference in what I would pack. Thx for any clarification on this.

It's a form of dry cleaning without the chemicals.

Some land based "dry cleaners" also use this method.

I find it's a little harder on my clothes than my cleaners at home. I send mostly things that I would cold water wash at home to the "cleaning list" while on the ship. I wouldn't send my really good things but it works for lots of other stuff.

I hear ya but it not traditional dry cleaning as most know it. ;)

Just trying to let those know that depend on only real dry cleaning.

The only time I check same day service is if we are near the end of the cruise and there is something I would really like laundered such as a formal shirt and I have paid for that service otherwise it has always been next day service for us when I mark the slip "ELITE".
