Prepaid gratuities and free internet not listed on final cruise summary

Just got an updated statement from Oceania showing all the perks. I assumed (and you know what they say about that!) that I would have gotten the perks even if not listed, but would rather have something in hand incase there is a question when boarding.

We also received the same promotional benefits. Ours are located in different places. On our Guest Statement we find Pre-paid gratuities and Unlimited internet minutes. In our Blue Cruise Vacation Guide under Cruise Vacation Summery/Cruise Details, we have the Complimentary Shipboard Credit.

In reading these comments, I wonder if the on board credits that everyone mentions, are from Oceania directly, or from ones TA?

 

On another note, could anyone with recent history of disembarkation in Dover ( or similar) advise as to what time everyone will be off the ship.? I need to book tickets for onward travel to London and then north. Would I be safe booking for a Dover departure at 11:00am? Thanks

The ones from the the cruise line should be noted on your invoice & Cruise Planner booklet

The ones from your TA should be noted on the invoice but maybe not in the same place as the Cruise line ones

 

what time does the ship dock??

They usually want you off by 9am ...
