Port Canaveral to MCO

Can you get a shuttle from port Canaveral to MCO when you get off the ship or does it need to be prearranged ahead of time?

They have them for $27, but I found for that price it was more convenient to take the Carnival Bus back to The airport. I booked it while on the ship. I

They put it on my sail &sign account. Very convenient.
