Hi. We will be in Grand Cayman on April 26, 2014 and will also be the only ship in port that day. Is there anyway to find out which Terminal (North, South or Royal Walter Terminal) we will be docking? I'm trying to determine how far my mom will have to walk if we don't dock at the Royal Walter Terminal.

Thanks for any information!

you do not dock in Cayman, this is a tender port

There are three tender landing areas in Georgetown which is the most common drop off

all are within a 1/4 mile of one another. IME when only 1 ship has been in it usually uses the north most landing . .

in the winter, weather SOMETIMES makes these landings too rough to use and an alternate on the south side of the island is used, this would put you approx. 2.5 miles further south.

From my experience Royal Walter is the primary tender terminal, especially for Disney and NCL, but with several ships in port Carnival ships tend to use the southern most tender pier shown in Cap's picture. It's right across the street from Margaritaville, Breezes and the big shopping area. So if that's where you intend to go it'd be a shorter walk. Tours meet up either in the plaza area of Royal Walter or right at the pier for the southern one.
