Everything.. ESCAPE (live 29 Oct 2015!)

Recommended Posts

Quite obvious, once you know it LOL. Was thinking how luck would work your way to catch the one to deck 19. :D

We lucked out a few times, but usually had to walk up the stairs outside, no biggie for us, but for those with mobility issues could use the up button trick from 18 :)

Sorry if I missed this (was cruising the last 12 days), but for the folks returning, what are they using as a DJ dance club at night since starting service in the Caribbean? Is it just Spice H20, or are they using any indoor venues?

Mostly Spice for late night dancing and occasionally Skyline Bar off of the casino.

Thanks to everyone for their updates! If anyone who just returned from the 7 day has dailies, would love to see them.

Go to http://www.cruisewithgambee.com then click on "Dailies" on the left, then click on "Norwergian" [sic], then click on Norwegian Escape, and there they are.

If I'm not supposed to do this, someone just let me know, and I'll ask the moderators to take this post down.

I had a vanilla cupcake at the bake shop for $2.25 and it was inedible. The cake was spongy or more like cornbread. The frosting while pretty was that whipped cream stuff.

We haven't tried anything from the Bake Shop since the Breakaway. Were disappointed then and haven't heard that it's any better....so not worth even giving it another try - in our opinion. :o

So - this is a little disappointing for those of us looking for H6 info. :o

I asked to join the Escape page discussed here - and then posted that I was in search of information or photos of 9318. I got a response....I have asked if she has photos she's wiling to share.

"That was my Cabin from Hamburg-Miami . It is nothing like 9916 or 9316 on the GA or BA. First, the balcony is much smaller (less than half the size) and there is much less furniture on the Escape balcony. The living area is more narrow and there is too much furniture in the smaller space. The sofa is near the window. The bedroom is a bit larger, and it has a door to the balcony. The bathroom does not have a jetted tub or have windows. The second bathroom is the same size."

So I asked if it was not as deep as the -Aways, because from the best photo I've seen it seems to be about the same length. This was her response...

"No, not as wide either. There was another open-able divider built that opens to the B1 next to it. I will try to get you some pictures."

Guess we will see. But, sad to say - this might be the end of the H6's for us. It was the balcony that made it so special! :(

I was looking at the Escape Daily and I hope I'm just blind, but I did not see a single comedian on there. Can that be correct, is it dueling pianos every night? Please tell me I'm wrong.

I hope you are not wrong! I would much rather have Howl at the Moon available every night, but I know a lot of people enjoy seeing the comedians.

If I remember it's called "Levity". On the days it's there they usually have 3 shows, 7 p.m. 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. and have two or three comedians that rotate the times so if you go today at 9 p.m. and tomorrow at 9 p.m. it won't be the same comedian.

There were comedy shows presented by Levity Entertainment nearly every night in Headliners (7, 9 and/or 11 p.m.)

Thanks Keith! I was keeping up with things, but with the cruise coming up this Saturday, I've slacked off;)

There is a giant drawing diagram that shows exactly where it is, and it's been quoted and reposted a few times. If you look, you can't miss it.
