Buying wine before boarding

This has probably been asked and answered before, but I'm honestly too lazy to scroll thru all the posts :) We are sailing on the Liberty for Spring Break in 22 days and staying at Springhill Suites the night before. Does anyone have any recommendations on close shopping for the wine we'd like to bring onboard?

Total Wine is a large, well known wine store in Fort Lauderdale. If you can't make it there all grocery supermarkets, CVS/Walgreens, Target/Walmart, 7-11's, etc. all sell wine in Florida.
