Just called Royal Caribbean with no hold time!

Recommended Posts

I rarely have to wait. I called C&A today and got right though. I always have to laugh when I see these threads because it's really been about 2 years (outside of initial openings such as Quantum) since I've waited on hold.

What is that saying...something about true things being said in jest....happened to us also yesterday. We got through straight away and the question was answered promptly.

We found around last Christmas into early January we would ring the Aussie help number, wait about 45 minutes and then get transferred to elsewhere. Now they seem to have sorted that out and we just get transferred. :)
