Does anyone know if you can get a pedicure on the day you board?

Yes, you can! I got one on embarkation day on the EPIC. You just need to go up to the spa and make an appointment. Be warned they are very pricey! The salon on the EPIC had floor to ceiling windows where you can look outside the entire time.
