Car rental drop locations for Port of Miami

I need to know if Avis or Budget has a drop off near the Port of Miami and a shuttle to the port. I saw a S. Collings location for drop off, but don't know if near the port. I know Hertz has a drop off near the port and shuttle. Doing a little price shopping

Avis has a location on Southeast 2nd Street - no shuttle (last I checked) but a cab to POM should only run about $12+tip.

Avis and Budget share the shuttle (and parking lot) from 2nd street to POM.
