Our cabin on the Reflection was very close to the Hideway. Trust me, teens are not up early in the morning. You'll be able to get your early morning drink.

What is The Hideaway? They serve coffee? anything else? I thought it was just a sitting area?

it is a sitting area and many go there to read and lounge.

There is a machine for coffee and one for hot water and there are various teas.

I had a room near the hideaway and was all excited to go out in the am and get fresh brewed coffee, however the coffee was not brewed and ready until about 9 am.. Too late for my first cup! Might work for others.

I really don't have any preference regarding M and S-class ships as I believe that there isn't a perfectly designed cruise ship. But one issue that really annoys me is that there seems to be less seating in the Aqua Spa Cafe on the S-class ships (at least on the ones we've sailed) than on the M-class ships. Even the soon-to-be-gone Century, as the smallest in the Celebrity fleet, seems to have more seating in the Aqua Spa Cafe.
