Shout out to Constellation wait staff!

Recently returned from a five day cruise on the Constellation. We were a party of four with select dining. On our first night in the Main Dining room we had the pleasure of having Walter and Wendy as our waiter and assistant. The service they showed us was impeccable. They were pleasant and extremely accommodating, bringing us unasked for samples and extras.

 

We were so happy with them that we asked to be seated at their station for the duration of the cruise and we adjusted our dining times to make that happen. They most certainly added to our cruising experience.

So glad to read this post. I have read many cruise reviews recently about the Constellation complaining about the food and service. We were just off her recently and experienced the same great service you did and it was in the MDR where we dined each night.

I could not agree more.........EXCELLENT. We got home 2 weeks ago from a 5 night cruise and the Connie has become our favorite ship due entirely on the service. We booked onboard for a 9 night cruise in November. I hope the same staff are on board.

All of our cruises on X had great service but the cruise that we had on the Constellation in Mar 2013 had the best. They also had the friendliest Officiers. The Captain even offered to pay for our coffee from the coffee shop and we politely refused as we had the premium package but it was still a nice gesture.

 

The Constellation is one of our favorite ships because of the staff.

Just back Thursday from the Constellation and the service in the MDR and the rest of the ship was superlative. This was our first cruise on Celebrity and we were more than pleased. Booked the Constellation for Europe while on board.

Completely AGREE! We had 10 with us, a few first time cruisers and ALL first time with Celebrity and every one of us booked another cruise while onboard because we were all so happy! We have never booked our next trip while on our current trip but the service and entire experience was so wonderful we couldn't help say no. Hope they are just as superb on the Reflection!

WOW! Nice to see all the others that agree. It was our 1st Celebrity cruise and we were blown away by the service and staff. We booked 2 more on the Constellation within the next year. For us its not all the fancy shows and activities that make the cruise so good its the staff and the service they provide.
