Taking up advice given here before, I've stopped pre-ordering from the website. Instead, as soon as you've got a convenient moment after you're onboard, go to the front desk (or the concierge in the Neptune Lounge, if you have access there) and get the brochure. This usually has a far wider variety of choice than the website offers.

I've also noticed that the pre order is often more expensive.
