DAWN - Category SF - Aft Facing Penthouse Suite

Recommended Posts

Hi - this will be the second time we are booked in a Category "SF" - Aft Facing Penthouse Suite. Truly looking forward to it !!

I thought I saw somewhere in someone's review (sorry - can't find it now :) that when they were in an S6 Suite - one of the (many, many great) perks was reserved seating in the theatre for the evening shows. (Not in the special seats up in the balcony for Owner's Suites and other "upper level) for lack of a better term) but down in the main part of the theatre somewhere)

Does anyone know if our (low level) Suite qualifies us for reserved seating somewhere in the theater ?

THANK YOU

No. The S6 category is the aft suites on the Epic, Breakaway, and Getaway. Those are the only ships with reserved seating in the theater for all suites.

We sailed in an aft facing penthouse suite; cannot remember the category.

The 'perks' for Penthouse suites include an area in the main theater that is reserved for suite passengers.

The view was OK, not great. It was portside in the upper level.

It was nice to have a reserved area but check it out when you board so you know what area provides the best view of the stage.

Once the show begins anyone on line can enter the area, so pice a good spot!

It's been four years since we sailed the Dawn in an SF. At that time (as others have said) the reserved theatre seating was on the side of the balcony and labeled "for Garden Villa & Owners Suite Guest" or something like that. However, the Concierge was kind enough to let all suite guests sit in that area as there was plenty of room. With that said, the seats weren't awesome so sometimes we choose to sit elsewhere in the theatre.

Enjoy your adventure!
