Any tips on airport transportation in Budapest and Prague?

We used the Airport hotel shuttle in Budapest from the airport to the Intercontinental Hotel, it was cheap, quick and the driver was very polite and helpful, we arrived around 12.30am, so obviously they run for all flights, no matter of the time.

There is a stand just before you go into the baggage collection area, so you just pay for a ticket there and then once you've picked up your luggage you go to their departure counter and they issue you with a number, theres an electronic screen to watch for your bus number, lots of different buses and routes. He dropped us at the door and helped with our luggage.

We used bus 119 in Prague and metro after: very convenient, quick and cheap.
