carrera993 Posted April 29, 2014 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2014 Hi~! I'm looking into booking the 2D obstructed stateroom #6210 on the Eclipse and would appreciate the thoughts/comments from any who have been in that cabin or 6209, which I understand is identical but on the Port side). The good?: larger than average balcony because it's on a hump -- just how much larger are we talkin'? The bad?: being forward facing, how windy is the balcony when the ship is moving? beds are apparently near the bathroom -- what do folks think about that? The ugly?: it is obstructed, any thoughts from folks who've been in the cabin as to whether the lifeboat / pillars 'ruined' the view? Thanks to all for your help! carrera993 Posted April 30, 2014 Author #2 Share Posted April 30, 2014 hmmm, has no one recently stayed in this stateroom (or the mirror image room 6209 on Port side) on Eclipse, or her sister ship Equinox? ;)

ISABELLA Posted April 30, 2014 #5 Share Posted April 30, 2014 6210 - my favorite cabin in 2D category. Absolutely perfect for me - mid ship, close to elevators, X large balcony, great price. On my last cruise I stayed in 6243 - also was good, but had a little humming noise in the bathroom.
Redtravel Posted May 1, 2014 #6 Share Posted May 1, 2014 The obstruction is small. Great location.
