Does princess assign you a specific person like a pvp or do you just get whoever answers the phone?

You get whoever answers the phone.

 

If you want a PVP then you need to request one.

The last 3 we have had lasted a total of 4 months before they either quit or went back to answering the phone. :(

Thanks Colo...i wondered how that worked. I have had good service from "whoever answers the phone" but saw that some deal with the same rep every time....doesn't sound like it is worth requesting one.
