NCL Epic - sea views, message board?

Two small questions about the NCL Epic:

 

- which public areas and restaurants have (seats with) views of the ocean? I think I saw some at Manhattan, Taste and La Cucina. Any more, any in the bars?

 

- we recently sailed on the Adventure Of The Seas and they had a pretty useful message board where you could write messages for fellow passengers. E.g. "congratulations to ..." or "looking to share a taxi to...". Is there anything like that on the Epic?

O'Sheehans and Fat Cats are the two inside bars that have seats and Ocean views.

 

Only ever seen a message board for solo passengers in the studio lounge
