I have been trying to enter the HAL website for several hours now without success. According to a Google search there would appear to be been a malware attack but this was supposed to have been fixed. Can anyone through any light on the problem please.

I just tried it, and was able to get on the site.

I was finally able to get on line and book a spa treatment as a surprise for my husband and print all of our boarding documents.

I was having problems earlier today too when I was trying to do my online check in. The screen popped up that said Holland America was having issues. It is working now for me.

Business as usual today. But no explanation from HAL !!!
