My family was supposed to(are booked) go on a Disney cruise to the Caribbean next year. Me not included. My mother just found out that the date they booked coincides with my friend's wedding, a wedding they really can't miss. I don't think they purchased TI. Is there any way to get their money or credit? Any secret tips so they don't lose $800?

Thanks.

Unless they are booked in a Suite, it should be fully refundable up until the final payment is due.

Just switched out March 2015 Magic for an April 2015 Disney Magic... The price was $2800 less! No issue at all they just switched the dates and we picked a new cabin!

No fees at all...
