House numbers as souvenir

We are on the Carnival Freedom in November and going to Grand Turk, Dominican Republic, Aruba, and Curacao. Do any of these have metal or ceramic house numbers I can bring back as a souvenier?

Thanks in advance,

Julie

In Aruba you are hard pressed to find house number on houses or street signs never mind souvenir ones.

I will tell you though that you can make a similar souvenir from Aruba license plates. You can buy them on the island at the crafts and flea markets, or save the weight in your luggage and buy them on eBay. ;)

DH and I bought ceramic tile house number when we were in Marbella, Spain. It has hung on our house for years and I love it.

I cannot think of a place to suggest for you to look for ceramics on your itinerary but it is worth the effort of popping into any shops that look 'promising'. Curacao and Aruba are likely the best chance as they have a lot of shopping.

Good luck. Hope you find numbers.
