Will they open every bottle of water (sparkling)

Hi - I wanted to bring some 16oz bottle of sparkling water to carry on.

But other open them all bye bye fizz.

Do the open every bottle? Galveston Carnival Magic.

On those bottles it is pretty easy to see if the seal has been broken, so they should not try to be opening these. If they did, I would get pretty peeved.

In Galveston they generally open the bulk packaging and then check the bottles individually, but I've never seen them open them . have a great cruise!

We took on some bottles of diet tonic water. They were all sealed. They shook them, and then took one, opened it, and sniffed it. I was stunned. This was in Miami.:rolleyes:

Hmm...I just cruised out of Tampa. Told them I had water and soda in my carryon and they didn't even open the bag.Bravo Tampa!

Some people have home resealing kits, though usually it's on wine. I've seen a few on u tube.

I have been able to get many bottles on board after they shook them. It is not any secret as there are many methods demonstrated n UTube and they sell reseal stuff on Amazon.

Yeah, that's some consolation I suppose. Thinking back, it was not Miami. It was Charleston where they opened the bottle. Out of Miami, we have not been required to open our carry-ons for inspection.
