ResortforaDay Westin Dawn Beach...French or Dutch Side?

I'm looking at excursions and have found something on Dawn Beach but I would like to know if this is the Dutch or French side of the island. Also, has anyone else done the Westin Dawn Beach through Resortforaday? I'd love to hear thoughts on it.

If you google a map of St Maarten's, it will show that Dawn Beach where the Western is located is near the border, but still on the Dutch side. It's a pleasant resort, has a decent beach, pools and casino.
