bostonbill Posted May 23, 2014 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2014 Just booked the Pearl for a 4 day Bahama cruise for 2/21/15....the only place I can find it is on the NCL site...It's not on Expedia can't even find it on cruise critic....should I been concerned? I'm pretty sure the 2/21 cruise is the first cruise after an eight day dry dock.....should I be concerned?
rigs32 Posted May 23, 2014 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2014 There's no dry dock. It's chartered for much of winter 2015. The cruises right before are music cruises that feature Train and the blues.
Cubechick Posted May 23, 2014 #3 Share Posted May 23, 2014 It may be a "filler" cruise between all of the charters that season. Perhaps it wasn't posted that long ago?
bostonbill Posted May 23, 2014 Author #4 Share Posted May 23, 2014 I talked to NCL 2 days in a row and got different answers to the dry dock question...is the cruise I'm booked on a theme cruise? NCL promised me it wasn't

Rare All-ready2cruise Posted May 23, 2014 #6 Share Posted May 23, 2014 This is the most up to date info regarding music theme cruises on NCL http://www.sixthman.net/events/ It shows a music theme cruise ending Feb 21st 2015, February 17-21, 2015: Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea then another cruise beginning in March. There are two 4 day theme cruises scheduled before yours on 2/13/2015 and 2/17/2015 http://www.sailacrossthesun.com/ http://www.bluesaliveatsea.com/ So your cruise probably is a filler cruise before the Pearl resumes the longer itineraries. I was on the last cruise in 2013 of the Pearl before it went into dry dock for 2 weeks. Maybe it is being chartered for the music tours coming up.
