Review: FOS Presidential Suite 5/18-5/25

Recommended Posts

Hello all, we just got off the ship yesterday and a great time was had by all. Included in our group was myself (32) and my husband (31), our daughter (6), our son (4), my parents (in their 60s), my sister (28) and my sister's friend (28). We flew into MCO on Saturday evening and used Michael (VIP) to get us to Cocoa Beach where we stayed at the Best Western for the night. Hotel was fine, around $100 per room and that included WiFi and a hot bfast. The next morning we used Happy Hour shuttle (excellent) to take us the quick 15 minutes to the dock. We arrived at the dock at 10:30 and handed over our luggage. This is where the perks of the presidential suite started. Once we went through the first door of the terminal and showed our paperwork, the security guard pulled us from the line, escorted us through security and up to the lounge. We were given our gold cards and told that the concierge would be out in a moment. Rahul met us a few minutes later and walked us on the ship and to his lounge. We had some cocktails and he went over all our perks. After a half hour or so, we headed out to get some food and wait for our room to be ready.

A little about the suite - it has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two master bdrms have en suite baths (with tubs) and the other two bedrooms have bathrooms across the hall. There is a large living room with a couch, coffee table, dining table for 6 and wet bar. All the bdrms have tvs, desks and large closets. The two master's have little vanities outside the bathrooms. The best part about the suite was the outdoor space. It's located on the back of the ship and have a dining table for 10, hot tub and wet bar and chaise lounge chairs.

So, I think our favorite perk was that every morning our attendant Reron delivered a lunch menu and then the dinner menu from the MDR. We had a private number that we could call to order room service (I think it cut the line) and could order whatever they were serving in the MDR. Three nights we had full dinner on our deck.

Most of the photos I took were just of our family and my kids, which I'll spare you lol, but if you have and FOS or suite specific questions, feel free to ask away and I'll do my best to answer.

Hi - I just booked the presidential suite on the Allure in May 2016. I reserved it for 14 people at 17373 and that includes tax and port fees.

I reserved it hoping we could have a family trip with our brothers and sisters and their spouses.

My question is will it be too cramped with 14 people? Most likely it will be all adults.

Thank you.

You will be at max capacity at 14. There are 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, and I think someone will have to use the sofa bed.
