Onboard Credits and Dining Vouchers

We booked through a travel agent and received an onboard credit, specialty dining voucher, and Johnny Rockets voucher. Nothing in my cruise document confirms this. Is there something that I need to bring or based on your experience, is this automatically added upon getting onboard? Thanks for your help.

I would check with your TA to have them issue their confirmation as they originate through them.
