If you need info on the resident specials, call your travel agent. They have access to all the different rates including the specials for residents of a specific state, residents of Canada, military discounts, etc.

 

Some TAs even have all the relevant PDF files posted on their websites for you to view.

I've booked my family on the Victory Dec. 25th with cruise value center. I got a better price than with Carnival. Would I still be elligible for more discounts? What are these discounts anyway? Could you post the email?
