Using RCI transfer logistics from Heathrow to Harwich

Just curious what the logistics of a Heathrow to Harwich transfer are as Heathrow can be difficult to get aroubd? After getting through customs, is it just like any other cruise transfer where someone is holding a sign For RCI? Where do they take you, as it is hard for buses to get directly to the airport at Heathrow. Only asking as we have a 3yo and logistics become problematic sometimes, and we really have to plan out our attack.

Pick up is at the Terminal you have indicated you will be arriving in to. For return...ensure you get on the bus going to the terminal you will be departing from. Our recent cruise had them listed as: Heathrow Transfer T5 (indicating the bus would drop off at Terminal 5),etc.

It is a TA so no return required. How do indicate which terminal to pickup at? I just bought the transfer via choice air, and they didnt ask the terminal.
